BB17 Day 10 - The houseguests catch on to Audrey's game

June 27, 2015

10:00-11:00 AM: While everyone else was asleep, Austin and Vanessa had a chat in the backyard. Austin said that Audrey is controlling James this week and that people are starting to catch on that she is talking to everybody. Austin wondered why Audrey is in a position where she feels that she can control everyone. He said that he had wanted to go to the end with Audrey but he thinks that everyone felt that way. Austin told Vanessa about how Da’Vonne threw him and Liz under the bus yesterday and then Audrey wanted to call a house meeting over it. Austin felt that enough damage control was done to keep Clay and Jace off of the block this week. Vanessa asked if Jeff is going to go up then. Austin said that he thinks so, though James originally wanted to backdoor Jason. That being said, Austin felt that James and Jason may actually be working together. Austin mentioned that the alliance that he sees forming is James, Audrey, Jason, Da’Vonne and Steve. Austin thought that Becky and Meg are the outsiders that are trying to get in with that group. Austin told Vanessa that he heard early on that Steve’s strategy is to be an eavesdropper and that specifically he is doing that for Da’Vonne. Austin listed off people that he believes can be trusted. He said Clay, Shelli, Liz and Jace are those people. He also mentioned John.

12:00-1:00 PM: Audrey told Jace that she has no idea what James is thinking. When asked who she expects James to nominate, Audrey replied by saying that she doesn’t think that James will tell anyone. Jace hoped that the newly formed Five Alive alliance would be honoured and that they could move forward together into next week. Audrey said that she does too. They discussed that there are so few options to go on the block this week. Audrey listed off Meg, Jason, Clay, Jeff and Shelli as the only people that are not in their group that are not safe this week, though she noted that James appears to have a soft spot for Meg and will likely not nominate her. Jace said that he doesn’t expect James to nominate any of the girls. Audrey said that she would not want to be on the block next to Jackie, adding that Jackie does not seem to be on anyone’s bad side at this point.

It was then Vanessa’s turn to talk to Audrey. They discussed that Jace does not see it coming that he is going to go up as the replacement nominee. Vanessa said that she doesn’t understand why James would want to blindside Jace, given that it will only make things worse and make Jace go crazy. Audrey agreed but pointed out that it would take the attention off of others such as themselves. Vanessa asked Audrey how she feels about John and Steve. Audrey said that she feels like John is super loyal and honest. Audrey mentioned that you can be a little bit nervous about the quiet types but she has a good feeling about those two. She said that Steve seems to be misunderstood by the group, as the guys make jokes about him lurking around. Audrey revealed that Steve approached Da’Vonne early on and told her that he wants to be her mole in the house, adding that he can be her Jason. Audrey said that she didn’t understand that reference, though Steve was talking about Jason from Big Brother 3.

Austin and Jace have begun to be concerned about Jace potentially going on the block. Austin felt that there only option for the time being is to throw Jeff under the bus and sell him as a monster to James, in hope of getting Jeff nominated. Should Jace go on the block, they discussed that Jace could out the alliance that they made and show the others that that group is untrustworthy so they should not vote with them. Jace felt that the whole reason that he is in this situation is because they were worried about Audrey, though Austin thought that it may have been happening anyway and they just caught on to it. Jace told Austin that Audrey said this morning that she has no idea what James will do. Austin didn’t believe her, saying that it’s either Jace or Jeff going up. Jace said that he cannot go home if goes up, since it would be embarrassing to be the first to go.

1:00-2:00 PM: Jace told Austin that James couldn’t even remember the name of the Five Alive alliance that they created last night, which led him to believe that it’s not real on James’ end. Austin said that if James nominating Jace would show his true character, as he would be proving himself to be untrustworthy by going back on a deal that he had just made. Austin said that he will be following Jace out the door if he goes this week. Austin’s advice for Jace was to create a sob story in the event that he is nominated. Austin suggested that Jace begin crying to people over it in hope of gaining their votes. Jace been practicing his speech, tearing up and saying that he doesn’t even know what he is going back home to because he lost his job and house. Austin felt that the best move would be for Jace to make it clear that he will be after James if he stays. Austin cautioned Jace about naming any other names, since he needs those people to vote to keep him this week.

3:00-4:00 PM: Da’Vonne and Vanessa quickly chatted in the have-not room. They said that they would not nominate each other and need to look out for each other. Da’Vonne felt that they are outcasts in the house. Vanessa had some concerns that people may nominate them next week simply because they were safe this week. Elsewhere, Shelli began crying out of nowhere. Clay went to the bedroom with her to comfort her. Shelli said that the game is a lot harder than she expected it to be and she is feeling a bit down and just having a moment. Shelli also said that the whole backdooring Jace thing is breaking her heart, as she does not want to send him home. Shelli said that there are some people that have not been kind to her and she would have no problem sending those people home, though Jace is not one of them. Shelli also explained to Clay that she likes remaining on the outside of things in order to avoid drama, but she doesn’t like feeling as though she doesn’t know what is going on. Clay proceeded to fill her in on his talk with Jeff last night. Clay said that Jeff told him that he is sticking with him despite the alliance that he was brought into yesterday. Clay told Shelli that he has a hard time trusting people in his every day life, so it’s hard for him not to be skeptical in the house. He thought that they should reevaluate their games and who they are working with after the first few evictions.

4:00-5:00 PM: Jeff told Audrey that they need to make Clay realize that Da’Vonne is not a target right now and does not need to be, as there are people in the house that are dangerous. Audrey still thought that they could not let Da’Vonne stay for too long. Jeff questioned why Da’Vonne is the ringleader. Audrey said that she is someone that is influential and you have to stay on her good side so that you don’t become a target. They also discussed that Clay is spending so much time with Shelli and it has become blatantly obvious. After talking to Jeff, Audrey went to talk to Clay and Shelli. Clay asked Audrey to promise that she is with the two of them. He said that they believe it but don’t want to be naive. Audrey said that the two of them are her ride or die and she is trusting that they will pick her over the others. Clay asked Audrey how Da’Vonne and Jason don’t question her about talking to them. Audrey said that they do and she told Da’Vonne last night that she has to just trust her. Clay pointed out that Audrey tells them the same thing. Shelli asked Audrey if Da’Vonne is her ride or die too. Audrey said no and told them that she wants Da’Vonne to go next week. Audrey said that she acts like she is with Da’Vonne but they should know that she is logical enough to not align herself with a complete time bomb like Da’Vonne. Audrey then told Clay and Shelli about her theory that Becky is trying to create a girls alliance with Jackie, Liz and Vanessa.

5:00-6:00 PM: Clay spoke to Meg and told her that she is his main girl in the house, with Shelli right behind her. Clay informed Meg that he had a talk with Jeff about who they would like to get to the Final 3 with and they both said her. Moving forward, Clay said that he thinks that they need to get Da’Vonne out. Clay explained that Audrey and Meg are close to Jason and could pull him in if Da’Vonne left. Clay believes that Da’Vonne is behind everything and has major influence in the house. Meg wasn’t so sure that they could take Da’Vonne out next, as they may have to stick to the more obvious targets. Clay said that the ideal scenario would be that Austin or Liz take out Da’Vonne, so that Jason and James would be after them. He did imply that he would backdoor Da’Vonne if he won HoH and got the opportunity to. Clay and Meg also discussed that Audrey is playing too many sides. Clay said that he would like to see her win HoH so that she is forced to pick a side.

Audrey went to Jason and said that she is going to back off a bit next week because Clay and Shelli are questioning her and asking where she stands. Audrey felt that Clay is beginning to get clued in that he is out of the loop. Jason said that he trusts Jeff more than he trusts Clay, though he trusts Clay more than he trusts Shelli. Audrey and Jason then went over the girls that may be in a potential girls alliance. They agreed on Becky, Jackie, Liz and Vanessa. Afterwards, Jason said that there is something about Vanessa that is not fully checking out. He pointed out that Vanessa goes into the diary room a lot and could be a part of the twist. Audrey then made her way back outside to talk to Clay and Meg, again discussing that Becky may be leading a girls alliance.

6:00-7:00 PM: Jace told Austin that Audrey put him in this bad position. Austin wondered if she did it because she wants to align with him and needed to get Jace out of the picture. Austin told Jace not to be too negative yet, as he cannot lose his cool. Jace spoke to James to ask him if he is solid with the Five Alive. James said that he is. They discussed everything that went down yesterday. Jace said that he thinks that he got caught up in the middle of it all and he doesn’t know why. Jace revealed that Da’Vonne was grilling him about the plan to backdoor Jason but he did not say anything to her. Jace was asking about whether or not backdooring Jason is still an option, but John entered the room and broke up the conversation. James then headed up to the HoH room to tell Jason that Jace had just thrown his name out there. James asked Audrey what happened yesterday with regards to people talking about the plan to backdoor Jason. Audrey explained that Jace felt as though someone was setting him up to make it seem like it was his plan to backdoor Jason, and specifically naming James as the person behind it. Audrey, James and Jason discussed the vote and thought that there was no way that Jace could get the votes to stay over Jackie.

Austin, Jace and Liz spoke about how Audrey and James are making themselves targets if they are playing both sides and nominate Jace. Austin and Liz discussed that they are going to be on their own if Jace is gone. They talked about going after Da’Vonne next week. Liz said that she is happy that Clay is on board with going after her as well. Austin pointed out that Da’Vonne schooled both him and Liz and that’s the reason that they are now in this position. They also discussed their frustration with Steve for eavesdropping on all of their conversations. Austin said that Steve can go up alongside Da’Vonne since they are together. Jace said that if he stays this week and wins HoH he will lock the HoH room and only let certain people come in. He added that he will start some fights and cause separation in the house, seeing as that is what they need.

7:00-8:00 PM: Audrey told Meg that James, Jason and Jeff are underestimating her and said that she is not playing the game. Meg wondered what they classified as playing the game, though she was happy to hear that. Audrey and Meg then went over who they would like to be in the Final 5 with. Audrey said that she would not be threatened by Shelli being there. Meg agreed but was unsure of whether or not they could rely on Shelli. Audrey also threw Clay’s name out there but she was concerned that he would look out for Shelli over them. Meg agreed and said that they cannot let both Clay and Shelli make it that far. Audrey thought that Jason would be someone that would take both of them to the Final 3. Meg agreed. While Audrey said that she wouldn’t mind James making it that far, Meg disagreed and said that he would win the game if he made it to the end. Jackie then broke up their conversation.

8:00-9:00 PM: James asked Steve if he knows who he will be voting for. Steve said that it will depend on the replacement nominee. James did not want to name any names with regards to the replacement nominee, though he told Steve that the plan is still the same. He clarified that he would like to see Jackie stay this week. James asked Steve to keep the plan to himself. After James left, Steve said that James cannot be trusted. He also said that he would like to save Jace.

9:00-10:00 PM: Audrey and Clay discussed that they cannot get Da’Vonne’s blood on their hands if they want to maintain trust with Jason. Clay acknowledged that they may not be able to get Da’Vonne out next. Audrey mentioned that she is getting a bad vibe from Jackie and does not trust her at all anymore. After talking to Audrey, Clay had a talk with Vanessa. Clay asked her who she is close to in the house. Vanessa said no one. She explained that Shelli is the person that she tells the most personal stuff to, while Audrey is the one with the personality most similar to her own. Clay questioned Vanessa about a girls alliance that he is hearing that Becky is trying to put together. Vanessa swore that Becky has not approached her about that. Vanessa told Clay that she would like to work with him, Audrey and Shelli. Clay said that he feels the same way. They both mentioned that they would like to work with Austin but Clay’s concern is that Austin is attached to Liz. The two solidified their agreement to work together moving forward. Vanessa said that she will be extremely loyal once she has a group to work with. Clay said that he will do his best to protect Vanessa. Vanessa advised Clay to talk to Da’Vonne and try to fix things with her, since Clay was concerned that he is on her bad side.

10:00-11:00 PM: Vanessa spoke to Audrey about wanting to work with her, Clay and Shelli. She also mentioned Austin and Jeff as people that she trusts. Audrey went along with what Vanessa said but also questioned her about working with Becky, Jackie and Liz, saying that a lot of people think that she is with those girls. Vanessa denied working with them. Austin checked in with Audrey in order to see if she knows what is going on in terms of the replacement nominee. Audrey said that she hasn’t heard anything except for that Jace went to James in order to see if they could backdoor Jason. Austin planted some seeds that Jeff needs to go. Austin asked Audrey if she has any advice for him. Her advice for Austin, Jace and Liz was that they all need to mingle more and not isolate themselves. Afterwards, Austin reported back to Jace and Liz to tell them that things are looking good based on his conversation with Audrey.

11:00-12:00 AM: Jace and Austin spoke to James to see if he is still going forward with the plan to nominate Jason. James wasn’t giving up much information but said that he wants Jackie to stay. Jace said that he really needs to think about who he nominates next to her then. James told the guys that he is like the bank and they are trying to get a loan from the bank without and collateral or credit. James was unsure of whether or not they would have the votes against Jason. Austin and Jace tried to convince him that they would and said that they could send Liz to talk to him later on to confirm that she will vote with them. James immediately went to Da’Vonne and Jason to tell them that Austin and Jace talked about backdooring Jason again. Da’Vonne said that it will be the greatest blindside ever when Jace goes on the block. James also informed Jeff and Meg about Austin and Jase trying to rally the troops against Jason. The rumour about the girls alliance that is going around was also discussed. There was concern that Jackie is rumoured to be in it and also knows about the High Rollers. Jeff said that he would talk to her. Jeff told James that even though the group hates Liz he will have to go after Austin if he wins HoH. James said that they will support him.

12:00-1:00 AM: Jeff asked Jackie about the girls alliance that is rumoured to exist. Jackie said that she is not a part of anything and that she would have told him had she been approached about it. Jackie did not like that Jeff was even questioning her about it. Jeff said that it’s a game so he has to ask to see if she has anything on the side. Jackie said that she is fine with sticking to the big group for now. Jeff told her that they will need to use that group to get out some of the people that he doesn’t like, such as Austin. Jeff pointed out that Audrey is the one that is always telling him things that Austin is saying about him. Jackie said that Audrey always talks to her about things that Da’Vonne is saying. Jeff concluded that the only drama that is going on in the house is made up drama that is coming from Audrey. They both agreed that they do not like that Audrey is creating drama to make targets out of the people that she personally has an issue with. Jeff said that Audrey may need to go soon because she is likely a bigger threat than anyone thinks.

Jeff head up to the HoH room to talk to Meg. Meg said that Jason and Da’Vonne are very aware of the shady business that is going on with Audrey. Jeff said that Audrey must be aware of that since she is talking about Jason and Da’Vonne to Jackie. Meg pointed out that Audrey is playing the whole house right now and is planting seeds with everyone. Meg cautioned Jeff about talking to Clay about this, since Clay trusts Audrey so much. They decided that it was best that Clay does not find out from them that Audrey is untrustworthy. Jeff wondered if the things that he is hearing that Austin said about him are true, since it was Audrey that approached him with three different things that Austin has apparently said. Jeff felt that some of it was not adding up. Meg said that it’s a red flag that Audrey’s name keeps getting brought up in everything. Jeff and Meg also talked about getting Clay to target someone other than Da’Vonne.

Jeff talked to Meg about working with Jackie because she is a strong competitor that will not turn on him. Meg thought that Jason is someone that could get them far in the game, seeing as he is not scared to make moves. That being said, Meg was concerned about Da’Vonne and Jason together. She figured that Jason would be more beneficial to them once Da’Vonne is out of the picture. Outside, Audrey told Da’Vonne and Jason that it was weird that Jackie, Jeff, Clay and Shelli were together on the hammock. They eventually begun discussing that those pairs will need to be split up. Jason said that their fatal flaw in the game may be telling Jeff anything. Da’Vonne said that that could be a problem. Audrey then went inside and told Clay, Jackie and Shelli that Da’Vonne and Jason made it sound like they were doing a lot of scheming out on the hammock earlier. She also said that Da’Vonne has been talking about a girls alliance between Jackie, Shelli, Becky and Liz.

2:00-3:00 AM: Audrey was talking to Da’Vonne and Jackie about the alleged girls alliance. Da’Vonne and Jackie wanted to know who told James about it. Audrey said that she asked James and he said that he doesn’t know. Audrey continued talking to Jackie and said that she doesn’t want this all to fall back on her, cause she hasn’t done anything. Audrey told Jackie that Da’Vonne is crazy and all that she could do was laugh when she approached her to tell her about the theory of a girls alliance. Jackie went along with what Audrey said but did not appear to be impressed. Jackie then spoke to James to question him about who said that there is a girls alliance. Jackie said that she feels that it was someone in their group and that’s an issue if so. James said that it was Jace that approached him about it. Jackie questioned if James is sure about that. She pointed out that it wouldn’t make sense that Jace would throw Liz under the bus about being in a girls alliance. Jackie brought up that Audrey had told her that Da’Vonne said it. Elsewhere, Audrey and Meg were talking about how the whole girls alliance started. Meg said that she had brought up to James that Becky was trying to work with a couple of people earlier in the day, so that may have been it. Meg and Audrey then barged in on the Jackie and James talk in attempt to clear that up, which led to more talking in circles about what had happened.

3:00-4:00 AM: Vanessa told Austin about the plan to backdoor Jace. They discussed that all that can be done at this point is to lay low and let it happen. Austin asked if he can trust Clay. Vanessa said that she would be very careful about it. She feels that Audrey and Clay are tight at the moment. Elsewhere, Audrey, Clay and Shelli talked things over. Clay told them that Austin said that Vanessa told him that she doesn’t trust Audrey and that Audrey is the one that brought up the girls alliance to her. Audrey said that Vanessa just blew up her game. Clay said that Vanessa is for sure working with Austin. Audrey asked what she should do about it. Clay said nothing. Shelli advised her not to stir the pot any further. Shelli felt that there may actually be an alliance forming between the girls. Audrey said that there so is and it must be Austin as well, along with Vanessa and Liz, who are trying to pull in Becky and Jackie.

Despite having been told not to stir the pot any further, Audrey went to James and filled him in on Vanessa working with Austin. Audrey felt that she got the validation that she needed that there is actually an alliance forming on the other side with Austin, Liz and Vanessa at the core. Jason joined them. Jason said that he is suspicious of Vanessa being an America’s Player, since she is always called to the diary. He said that fabricating something about a girls alliance may be a task of hers. Audrey said that Vanessa is the root of all of the chaos. Audrey said that they don’t know for sure that Jackie is not with Vanessa. Jason said that it’s still smarter to take Jace out. Audrey questioned if it was, since Jace still trusts James. James said that it’s set in stone and Jace has got to go. Audrey said that she wants to nominate Vanessa and Steve next week. She hoped that Austin and Liz would be the other two nominees.

4:00-5:00 AM: Audrey spoke to James, Jason and Shelli about Jeff. She wanted to figure out what is really going on between Austin and Jeff. She implied that they could be faking fights and working together. Jeff was eventually brought up to the HoH room by Audrey to join in on the conversation. Audrey said that there has been quite the revelation this evening and the question is whether or not there is anything that he wants to come forward about. Jeff had no clue what Audrey was talking about. Audrey said that someone is behind the scenes and is responsible for a lot of the weird stuff going on, causing some speculation the relationship between Austin and Jeff. Jeff said that’s hilarious. Audrey said that they want to check that Jeff is not in with Austin. Jeff said it’s the funniest thing that she is bringing up that he is with the kid that Audrey keeps telling him is talking shit about him. Jeff said that he doesn’t appreciate that they are talking about something so ridiculous. Jeff said that Audrey is a complete psychopath if she thinks that he is working with Austin. Audrey then asked about Jeff’s relationship with Vanessa, because all of the speculation is coming from her. Jeff said that he hasn’t ever talked to Vanessa about any of this, so she must be playing a really dirty game then. Audrey said that Vanessa is causing everything, has some numbers stacked and is safe this week. Jeff said that Vanessa doesn’t appear to even be playing the game, so he doesn’t understand why they are bringing her up.

5:00-6:00 AM: Jeff went outside with Jason and asked why all of the drama is always circled around Audrey. Jason said that Jeff isn’t telling him anything that he doesn’t already know. Jason felt that Audrey’s agenda was to flip everyone against people like Vanessa, hoping to save Jace. Jeff brought up that he would not know anything about Austin talking any crap if not for Audrey, so it’s almost like she is waiting for him to blow up. Jeff felt that Audrey’s was creating smokescreens. Jason said that Da’Vonne is on the same page as them and has already figured out that Audrey is the puppet master. Jeff told Jason that they need to get Da’Vonne and Clay to drop everything between them, as they have bigger fish to fry. Jeff said that he is going to work on Clay. He told Jason to let Da’Vonne know that he will get Clay’s mind back on track since they will need Clay, especially when they cut Audrey. Jason said that Audrey is the one manipulating people and he is well aware of it.

6:00-7:00 AM: While Jason and Jeff were talking, Audrey continued talk to James and Shelli. She wanted to form a big group to take out the other side of the house that centres around Austin, Liz and Vanessa. Audrey gathered Clay, Meg, Jason and Jeff in order to bring them to the HoH room to talk with her, James and Shelli. Audrey brought up that Da’Vonne is someone that they have questions about within their group. Clay said that he trusts everyone in the room but has some concerns about Da’Vonne. Audrey felt that Da’Vonne was forcing them to alienate themselves from certain people that could be trustworthy. Jason said that Da’Vonne is an emotional player but it’s not the worst thing in the world. Jason said that Da’Vonne will be on board with working with this group. Some began to realize that they had a big portion of the house up in the HoH room. Audrey said that Jackie is another question mark. Clay said that they have their group of seven in the HoH room as well as Da’Vonne, with the ability to work on Jackie and John as well. They discussed that they can all make it to jury with a group like this.
