Kaitlin uses the veto on herself, Jeremy is nominated in her place

July 15, 2013

A Recap of Day 25 in the Big Brother 15 House

11:00-12:00 PM: At the veto ceremony, Kaitlin used the Power of Veto on herself. Helen was forced to name a replacement nominee. She chose to nominate Jeremy in Kaitlin's place. Helen told Andy that what Kaitlin did was huge and that she would like to try to keep her safe for a couple of weeks. Andy agreed. Elsewhere, Amanda was expressing that she was irritated that Andy and Helen are offering Kaitlin protection when she did what anyone would do by using the veto on herself.

12:00-1:00 PM: Andy told Helen that Jeremy asked him to make sure that Howard goes home next if he goes this week. They discussed that Spencer would be more devoted to them if Howard were to leave and also that Spencer is such a big fan that they would like to give him a second chance and help him get to jury. Talk then shifted to Elissa. Helen explained that Elissa gets down easily and becomes defeated. Helen told Andy that she doesn't think that Elissa sees herself at the end, while she does. Helen said that she thinks that she has a better chance of getting there with Andy, McCrae, Amanda and Judd than with Elissa. Helen said that Elissa appears to be against putting Howard up, so they may have to eventually tell her that she will go home if she does not nominate him. They agreed that Howard is a good person but has proved that he cannot be trusted.

1:00-2:00 PM: Helen informed Elissa that the house wants Howard out. Elissa said that it's important that Howard goes but Aaryn needs to go first since Howard would not nominate them. Helen explained that Aaryn wouldn't nominate them either, seeing as she made a deal with her. Helen said that Aaryn will stick to the deal because it would be Week 2 all over again if she did not, with the MVP nominee going home.

2:00-3:00 PM: Amanda asked Kaitlin if there was ever a time in which she was not going to use the veto on herself. Kaitlin said no. Judd was talking to McCrae about how he is on his own, while McCrae and Amanda are tight and Andy and Helen are tight. McCrae said that Judd has Jessie and that he is not opposed to bringing her in. Amanda then joined the conversation. Judd brought up that Helen tried to tell him that he cannot nominate Kaitlin. Amanda and Judd agreed that that was crazy and that there was no need for Helen to offer Kaitlin protection for using the veto on herself. Amanda said that it made her lose some trust in Helen since she made that deal on behalf of everyone. Amanda said that Kaitlin would likely nominate Howard and Candice, which is great for them. McCrae noted that it's important that they make Spencer feel as though he has nothing to worry about with them, so that Howard will feel the same way as well.

3:00-4:00 PM: Amanda and Andy discussed that The Goof Troop (Amanda, McCrae, Andy, Judd) will be the name of their Final 4 alliance. On top of that, they will bring in Helen and Elissa in to a six person alliance called The Knockouts.

4:00-5:00 PM: Judd and McCrae discussed that the girls are unlikely to work together but, if it was them, they would in a heartbeat. The guys said that they need to continue to plant little seeds so that Elissa and Candice and Kaitlin and Aaryn keep going at each other. Amanda said that she feels as though Elissa needs to go soon because something is up and she is trying to protect Howard. McCrae agreed that Elissa appears to be working with Howard.

8:00-9:00 PM: Spencer and Judd agreed that everyone is likely going to vote Jeremy out. Spencer said that he won't trust any deal that Jeremy comes to him with. Judd then brought up that a girl needs to go next week. Spencer agreed and said that Aaryn, Kaitlin and GinaMarie all need to go in the next three weeks, which would make it 5 girls vs 5 guys. Judd said that he believes that Kaitlin is more dangerous than Aaryn but is more likeable, so Aaryn is seen as the bigger target. Either way, Spencer felt that both Aaryn and Kaitlin need to go before GinaMarie. He believes that GinaMarie is the least likely to win anything.

9:00-10:00 PM: Spencer told Howard that he doesn't believe that McCrae was actually the MVP this week. Howard said that both he and Candice agree that McCrae was not the MVP. Spencer believes that it was all a ploy to take the pressure off of Elissa. As for Elissa, she spoke to Judd and let him know that she would nominate Aaryn with GinaMarie or Spencer. Judd asked if Elissa would ever nominate Howard. Elissa said that she would have to think about it but she might.

11:00-12:00 AM: Spencer asked Helen if he is on the same page as everyone else in terms of getting GinaMarie, Aaryn and Kaitlin out in the next three weeks. Helen said yes. Helen informed Spencer that people want to take him to jury but it will be really tough from there. Spencer understood. He told Helen that he still has no idea why Howard voted the way that he did when he voted to evict Elissa. Andy had joined in on the conversation and Spencer informed both he and Helen that Howard is with the group and wants to get the girls out. Spencer reassured Helen and Andy that he will not betray them and that he is looking to regain the initial trust that they had in him.
