Amber and Donny win the Battle of the Block

5:00-6:00 PM: Amber and Donny won the Battle of the Block, meaning that Nicole was dethroned. Derrick is HoH. Caleb and Jocasta remain on the block. Nicole had to wear a frog suit until after the next eviction. Derrick spoke to Nicole and said that it was a blessing that they got to be HoH together and have a chance to talk some game. He encouraged her to feel free to come up to the HoH room whenever she wanted.

Caleb and Cody then joined Derrick in the HoH room. Caleb remained relatively quiet but Derrick and Cody said that it was clear that Caleb did not throw the competition, as Jocasta messed up or else they would have won it. Derrick said that he nominated Jocasta to see Donny and Brittany’s reactions. Derrick noted that both were pissed off about it.

6:00-7:00 PM: After Caleb left the room, Derrick told Cody that the plan was to convince Caleb to go on the block so that he will be up there if Devin wins the veto. Derrick said that they could then send Caleb home. Cody agreed. Cody’s only hesitation was that it would split the Bomb Squad up, as Amber would leave. That being said, Cody felt that it would be their best shot at getting Caleb out. Cody also thought that Caleb could try to make a backdoor move against them. Derrick said that he feels like Caleb is trying to reel him in to be his new Devin. Derrick said that it is not happening since he is not going down with the sinking ship.

Derrick spoke to Victoria and said that he feels that Brittany is still trying to rally some troops. He named Donny off as one of them. Victoria said that Brittany is trying to get close with her. Derrick asked Victoria if Brittany trusts him. Victoria said that she had asked Brittany and her response was “I dont know”. As for Cody, Victoria said that Brittany does not trust her. Victoria felt that Brittany trusts nobody but Donny.

Brittany then made her way to the HoH room to check in with Derrick. She expressed her concern that Devin, Caleb, Amber and Frankie are together. Brittany made it clear that she does not group Derrick in with that group. Derrick let her know that either Devin or Caleb will be going home this week, and that she does not have to worry about Jocasta leaving. She said that she is there for Derrick if he needs someone to bounce ideas off of. She let Derrick know that he is the person that she is closest to in the house. Brittany promised to never vote against Derrick, no matter who he is nominated next to.

7:00-8:00 PM: Zach and Frankie discussed with Derrick that it seemed as though Donny was throwing the Battle of the Block competition. Derrick said that the thing with Donny is that he heard about the Bomb Squad and thinks that it is still intact so he is trying to do what he can to break it up. The guys discussed what would happen if Devin won the Power of Veto. There was some concern that he may use it on Jocasta. Derrick later said that it would be unlikely since Devin would not want to be responsible for sending Brittany home, and it is obvious that Brittany would be going on the block.

9:00-10:00 PM: Devin went up to the HoH room to talk to Frankie, Derrick and Zach. He told them that whatever happens, he misses his daughter a lot. He said that they have to do what they have to do but he misses his daughter a lot. Devin then said that he doesn’t want someone to come up with a master plan to make him miss his daughter a little more, implying that he doesn’t want them to keep him around.

Derrick questioned if he is ready to go. Devin again said “I miss my daughter a lot, man”. However, Devin said that he won’t just lay down if he is in the veto competition. Caleb was in the room at this point and told Devin that the “Beastmode Cowboy” is coming to play.

Zach and Cody discussed when they should break off from the Bomb Squad. Zach felt that it may be wise for them to go make a Final 4 deal with Nicole and Christine. He said that they could tell Derrick straight up that they are doing it, seeing as their true Final 3 is with Derrick. Cody thought that it would be tough to do since the girls would want to include Hayden in a deal.

The guys agreed that they need to get rid of Caleb before Amber. Cody said that Brittany is worth keeping around since she loves both of them. Zach said that Donny and Frankie are the two people standing in the way of them getting to Day 90 with Derrick. Zach said that Donny can go next week. They agreed that they need to take Frankie out the first chance that they get.

10:00-11:00 PM: Derrick told Cody to go talk to Brittany and see what she says. He wanted to know if Brittany would tell Cody that he is the only one that she trusts, as she told that to him previously. Cody told Brittany that he feels that she doesn’t trust him at all. She said that she is a little more doubtful. They discussed that they both feel that each other has been distant of late. They agreed that they both had the same thoughts about the other so they weren’t talking much. Brittany asked Cody what he plans to do if Jocasta and Caleb remain on the block. Cody said that he would really really like to get rid of Caleb. Brittany agreed. Caleb said that he was unsure of whether or not people would be on board.

1:00-2:00 AM: Team America again discussed their plan of attack for spreading the rumour that Zach is Amanda’s cousin. The plan is for Donny to first tell Nicole that Paola told him about it before she left the house. Derrick is going to tell it to Victoria. Frankie thought that it would be wise for him to tell Zach himself, cause Zach is that crazy that he would spread the rumour. Donny later told Derrick that Frankie would be better off telling Caleb, Amber or Devin. He said that Devin would probably wake him up in the middle of the night to tell him if Frankie let him know.

2:00-3:00 AM: Nicole told Hayden that she doesn’t want to win the veto because she wouldn’t want to use it. Hayden said that he does want to win and he wouldn’t use it. Hayden explained that the outsiders all want Caleb to go home. On top of that, he felt that the Bomb Squad could use Caleb’s eviction as cover to show that they are no longer an alliance, so it works for everyone. Nicole revealed that she wanted Amber to go home. She said that she would not have backdoored Devin.

3:00-4:00 AM: Frankie and Derrick went over the game plan for the Team America mission. As discussed previously, Donny would spread the rumour to Nicole and Derrick would spread it to Victoria. There was some debate over Frankie’s idea to spread it to Zach himself. Derrick said that if Zach hears it and goes and tells the whole house, it only counts as one for the purposes of their mission. Derrick said that three separate people have to spread the rumour. He felt that as few people as possible need to hear about it to start, as they need time for Nicole and Victoria to spread it.
